We are looking for a stocker that will work closely with delivery companies, supervisors and employees to receive and deliver supply trucks in a secure location in the airport. This position requires attention to detail while receiving supplies and stocking new inventory. The position will work with the Back of House Team Members who are responsible for preparing all food orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-:
• Demonstrate ability to comprehend and follow both written and oral instructions.
• Adhere to the company dress and appearance policy.
• Check the supply summary list to verify that all of the ordered inventory has arrived and is in good condition.
• Remove required inventory from boxes.
• Stock all new inventory in a first in, first out inventory method.
• Take all broken down boxes to box compressor.
• Take all trash to designated trash bin.
• Responsible for set-up, cleanliness and organization of the work area beginning, during and the end of each shift.
• Position requires slip-resistant shoes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred. Will be required to submit to E-Verify screening and pass a background check as required by Homeland Security and/or MSE Branded Foods as a condition of employment. Valid drivers license is mandatory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires regular attendance; the ability to work up to 40 hours per week is required; requires the ability to stand or walk for hours at a time; frequently required to hear, listen, speak, walk, climb, stand, reach, bend, balance, kneel, lift and carry items up to 75 lbs.; requires ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature, and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Be able to to work as early as 6am on daily basis.
Requirements:
Must be able to work early mornings and afternoons, weekends and holidays.
Must have a Driver License.
Must pass Federal Background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be willing to work at constant changing weather and the temperature conditions.
