Position Overview: We are seeking motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives with strong telemarketing skills to proactively promote and sell our specialized AI solutions to enterprises in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors. This role offers a base salary with an attractive commission structure, providing substantial earnings potential for top performers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Clearly articulate the benefits and unique value propositions of fundae's AI solutions, emphasizing patented technology, fast implementation timelines, and significant business outcomes.
• Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations for interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, customer information, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical specialists, to enhance the sales approach and client experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or related sales roles, preferably in technology or enterprise software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with persuasive selling ability.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products and clearly communicate their value to decision-makers.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a competitive, commission-based sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or large enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud solutions, and enterprise software products.
• Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
