Job Description

Overview:

It is the responsibility of the general ledger accountant to reconcile various balance sheet accounts. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling bank statements to General Ledger.
• Recording all wire transfers.
• Handling all daily banking activity.
• Assisting in recording month end close journal entries.
• Reconciling fix assets accounts (CIP)
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to operate 10 key calculator, computer, telephone, binding machine and photocopy machine.
  • Ability to lift bound computer reports weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • 2 years college or solid 2 to 3 years working experience in Accounting Department.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
