Competencies: ServiceNow GRC : Integrated Risk Management
Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and technical capabilities.
Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrations, to meet specific business needs.
Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow IRM module to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for stakeholders.
Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize the ServiceNow IRM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive risk management approach.
Manage vendor risks through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Support business continuity planning by using the ServiceNow platform to identify potential disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Experience: Strong Understanding of Risk Management Principles: Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the IRM module, is essential.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties.
Knowledge of Relevant Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001 is a plus.
Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management: Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment.
