Position: Receptionist Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $800 - $950 per week Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and meetings.
• Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Respond to inquiries via email and provide timely responses to clients and colleagues.
• Assist in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
