Principal Digital ASIC Design Engineer - Senior Technical Lead

Position Overview

As a Principal Digital ASIC Designer, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital ASICs using advanced technology nodes. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on design work, from RTL through synthesis, in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of complex digital ASIC systems
• Drive technical solutions and innovation in advanced semiconductor design
• Manage and mentor design teams while coordinating with cross-functional groups
• Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for system-level technical challenges
• Oversee RTL design, synthesis, and verification processes
• Contribute to requirements development and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7-10 years of hands-on ASIC design experience
• Expert proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL
• Strong background in digital systems design using Cadence or Synopsys tools
• Experience with LINT, simulation, and synthesis workflows
• Proven track record of successful tape-outs at advanced nodes
• Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance
