The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required. **Qualifications** Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree required. Hospital experience preferred.
