Job Description

• Ensure that each guest is treated as if they were your own! 
  
  
  • A passion for animal care(especially dogs + cats), and a focus on safe and gentle handling is a MUST
    
  
  
  
  
  
• Ensure that all guests are receiving appropriate amounts of food and water, clean and sanitize food/water bowls on a daily basis.
  
  
  • Clean up animal \messes\ as needed throughout your shift
  
  
  
  
  
• Hit the Play Yards with activities with Resort Guests! You can: fetch, exercise walks, chase, agility, follow the leader, recall and basic obedience games, etc.
• Supervise activities of multiple dogs throughout the day
  
  
  • Learn Animal Behavior by monitoring and engaging with the Resort guests during Play-Time and other activities!
  
  
  
  
  
• Maintain a sanitary and healthy environment by following our standards of cleaning and disinfecting rooms
• Monitor guest’s reaction to play time activities and record in Update Reports for mom/dad
• Bath/Nail Trim for Resort Guests are highly encouraged- No worries, we'll teach you.
• No Experience Required

• Must be able to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing and grasping.
• Good team work and willingness to assist other departments if necessary

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work outside, or in distracting work environments such as loud noise/sound
• Be prepared to get dirty(maybe)!
• Must be comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to handle dogs of all sizes
• Other duties as assigned; you know, like having FUN !
