Job Title: Material Handler
Location: 26 Loveton Circle, Sparks, MD 21152
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday Friday | 4:00 PM 12:30 AM

Job Overview:

The Material Handler III is responsible for safe, accurate handling of inbound and outbound materials in a high-paced distribution center. The role involves scanning, labeling, picking, packaging, and shipping products using ERP/WMS systems while maintaining compliance with GMP , GDP , SOP , and safety standards .

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Picking

• Pick and scan customer orders using RF scanners
• Pack, label, and verify products for shipment
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation

Palletizing & Dock Support

• Build, re-stack, and shrink-wrap pallets
• Load/unload shipments using MHE
• Perform dock manifest tasks

Inventory & ERP Operations

• Use ERP/WMS systems for inventory movement
• Track, document, and manage domestic/international shipments
• Replenish picking locations and retrieve stock accurately

Safety, Quality & Documentation

• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Comply with GMP , SOPs , and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report safety hazards, equipment damage, or suspicious activity

Cross-Training & Team Support

• Learn and back up other warehouse roles as needed
• Participate in Hazmat and C2C training as assigned
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred

Experience using MHE (e.g., Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker)

Valid Forklift Certification

Familiarity with RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand/walk for long periods

Comfortable working near moving mechanical equipment

Strong communication and organizational skills
