About Badlands:
Known as South Dakota’s hidden treasure, Badlands National Park is located in the southwestern part of the state. This region of land is sharply eroded buttes, pinnacles, & spires are blended with the largest protected mixed grass prairie in the United States. Aramark operates Cedar Pass Lodge & Restaurant to offer our guests cozy accommodations & regionally sourced dishes. Activities include hiking, wildlife viewing, photography, camping, & stargazing.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, administering, and directing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, including Aramark and client financial accountability, and compliance with the standards established by Aramark, regulatory agencies and client.
Leadership
• Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to enhance their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
• Rewards and recognizes employees
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation

• Requires 3-5 years of experience in maintenance
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision
• The ability to multi-task is a must
