Job Description

Expert staffing west is seeking an effective Line Leader who can lead a team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Mon-Friday 1st/2nd shift with the availability to work on Saturday's occasionally

Pay- $18-21

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and ensure they meet established standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency in production.
• Train and guide staff in their respective duties.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Address and resolve production problems to minimize delays.
• Inspect the final product, ensuring it meets quality control standards.
• Communicate production updates and errors to the management team.
• Optimize production workflow to increase productivity and performance.
• Complete and maintain accurate and timely documentation and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Leader or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication/Written skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
