**Job Title: IT Transformation Director** **Job description:** Capgemini is looking for IT Transformation Director experience in managing large size Cloud migration engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage project execution end to end to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, working with third party vendors - Provide directions and thought leadership on the usage and implementation of Capgemini tools like CAP360 - Identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders - Build, recommend and implement Continuous Service Improvement Plans for a modern app dev platform - Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery **Required Skills:** - 15 years of IT experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing large size Cloud migration engagements with a team size of 20 FTEs - 2-3 years of technical experience in either IBM Mainframe or iSeries/AS400 or other legacy technologies - Experience in managing large size programs with customer facing role and end to end delivery responsibility globally - Extensive management experience leading Application transformation projects using agile Methodology - Strong modernization experience using Micro Focus COBOL and containers, DB migration- Expertise in people management and leadership - Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring - Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams, Client relationship management - Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
