The Compensation Project Manager plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation and benefit programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, retirement plans, and life, health and disability insurance.
This role supports the business leaders, and fellow People (HR) colleagues in building sustainable processes and running global compensation projects that span the full organization.building, developing and maintaining the Global Compensation Guidelines.
● Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
● Typical Experience: 8-12 years of experience, with a background in managing teams.
● Skills: Strategic implementation, people management, and performance monitoring.
● Other: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and develop team capabilities
